We aim to ensure your satisfaction with our handcrafted orgonites. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days. Please make sure the item is in its original condition and includes all packaging. Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a damaged item, please get in touch by emailing hola@soloro.life with ‘Damage’ in the subject line, so we can address it promptly. We appreciate your understanding.
