Because our orgonite pendants are handcrafted and many are gold or silver plated, we take extra care in preparing every order.
In-Stock Items: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Made-to-Order & Custom Items: Please allow up to 7 business days for our studio to hand-pour and polish your piece before shipping.
Note: Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship worldwide from our studio in Spain.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Delivery estimates may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and courier operations.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
Due to the relatively high value of our orgonites, all orders are shipped using fully tracked and insured shipping services.
Tracking numbers usually become active within 24 hours after shipment confirmation.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
SOLORO is not responsible for additional customs fees, import duties, taxes, or tariffs applied to international orders.
Although we aim to minimize unexpected charges, all fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, we will refund the product cost minus any shipping or return fees incurred.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team within 5 days of the estimated delivery date.
