Return Eligibility

You may return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include original packaging
  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery

Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Returns may take up to 14 days to process.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing: hola@soloro.life

Please use “Damage” in the subject line and include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
