Shipping Policy

Processing & Handling Times

Because our Orgonite pendants are handcrafted and many are gold / silver plated, we take extra care in preparing your order.

In-Stock Items: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Made-to-Order / Custom Items: Please allow 7 business days for our studio to hand-pour and polish your piece before shipping.

Note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship worldwide from our studio in Spain. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

Due to the relative high value of our orgonites, all orders are shipped via a fully tracked and insured service.

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of generation.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

SOLORO is not responsible for any additional customs and taxes applied to your order – (although we aim to minimize any unexpected financial surprises.)

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If a package is returned to us because of any unpaid customs fees, we will refund the cost of the product minus any return shipping fees incurred.

 

Damaged or Lost Items

If you received damage to your order, or if it has been lost in transit, please contact our support team at hola@soloro.life within 5 days of the estimated delivery date.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as we will need photos to process a replacement for you.
